Friendly staff but very awkward to get appointments convenient to my work schedule.
Appointments on the day.
As always it is not easy to get an appointment especially if you want to see a particular doctor - which is desirable if you are receiving on-going treatment and drug reviews. It would be helpful if more appointments were made available on-line as this is a simple and efficient way of making a convenient appointment.
Thank you for your feedback. We regularly check our responses on IWGC and discuss issues raised in our practice meeting. If you would like to get more involved with shaping the services we offer at the practice, we have a Patient Participation Group and would welcome your further input.
Very good:- understanding, kindness, support, help, time, empathy.
The only improvement would be being able to book an appointment in advance for reviews if possible. A week in advance maybe.
Good - is the great interpersonal skills. Bad - is the long time it takes for reception to pick up the phone, sometimes up to 10 minutes.
